Account & Data Deletion
Users of Itomixer / MyInteractive may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion through the account settings in the Itomixer / MyInteractive application where this functionality is available.
You may also request account deletion by sending an email to:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Itomixer / MyInteractive account whenever possible and include the following in the subject line or message:
“Delete my Itomixer / MyInteractive account.”
We may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing the deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable legal requirements.
This may include:
• account and profile information;
• personal information associated with your account;
• projects associated with your account;
• audio and video recordings;
• uploaded media and other User Content; and
• other account-associated data stored as part of the Service.
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted projects, recordings and other User Content may not be recoverable.
Information We May Need to Retain
Some limited information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or regulatory purposes.
Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Facebook Login and Facebook Data
If you have used Facebook Login with Itomixer / MyInteractive, deleting your Itomixer / MyInteractive account will also initiate deletion of personal data associated with your Facebook Login from our systems, except where information must lawfully be retained.
You may also remove Itomixer / MyInteractive from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account through your Facebook settings.
